Do I have to register a login in order to purchase from ArtsQuest?

  • No. You can shop as a guest without creating a login. We do recommend creating one if you intend on frequenting the ArtsQuest marketplace as our system will autofill your information so you don’t have to. Also, creating a login will allow you to keep information about favorite items, you may want to purchase at a later date, and your purchase history.

Can I purchase multiple items from different stores under one transaction?

  • Yes, you can accumulate different items within your shopping cart which will be itemized for each store when you check out and with just one transaction for all. If you created a login then your billing and shipping addresses will already be populated.

Is my information protected?

  • Yes. ArtsQuest does not share or sell personal information that you give us as stated in our Privacy Policy. Also our website is protected with the latest security software and our affiliate payment gateway provider, Stripe, takes security and protecting your information very seriously.

How does shipping work?

  • Shipping is an individual store policy and is clearly stated under the policies tab on each product page.

Do you have a return or exchange policy?

  • ArtsQuest does not have a return or exchange policy. Each store is responsible for providing their own policies which is clearly stated under the policies tab on each product page.

Which countries are your vendors from?

  • The ArtsQuest marketplace is exclusive for artists, artisans and craftspeople that create and sell their work from within Canada only.
